Keith took care of a neglected rat issue I had in my house in a short time and during the holiday season. Rather than upselling like some exterminators my friends/family worked with, Keith focused on the problem and also gave advice on talking to neighbors about minimizing feeding wildlife to prevent more rodent issues in the future. He wore a mask to protect our family as well as shoe coverings to not track mud into our home. He explained everything to us and was very thorough with his approach. Keith was on time, clean and professional. I felt comfortable letting him into my house. Once inside, he listened to my concerns and then investigated them inside and outside. Finding evidence of chewing, Keith laid traps and communicated what he found and was going to do. He made everything easy. I'm grossed out that we have a rat, but I know I'm in good hands and that it is being taken care of.

Keith helped us get rid of rats that had found their way into our attic and floorboards. Within 1 week of his first visit we didn't hear any more rat activity. He is always on time, kind, professional, and easy to schedule with. He also took the time to look at other areas of the house we were concerned the rats could access and he educated us about how we feed our chickens could help us get rid of the rats as well.
