  I am very pleased with the service from Pest and Pollinator.  We needed help with a yellow jacket nest that was embedded into our roof trim, way out of reach for us.  We did not want to use typical toxic chemical solutions and found Pest and Pollinator online.  After speaking to Keith on the phone, he came out and took care of the nest using a natural product. We had an underground yellow jacket nest in our front yard all last summer, and tried everything to get rid of it on our own, with no success. When they came back in the same spot this year, decided it was time for some professional help. Every other company we called for a quote tried to sell us an annual contract to come back every month and “control” every bug imaginable. We needed the wasps gone because they were a safety issue, but didn’t want to indiscriminately nuke the whole ecosystem on our property. Pest & Pollinator got that and offered us a targeted, low-chemical option for an affordable price, with no upselling. They even had an opening the same day we called!

It was the hottest part of the day in the middle of a heatwave, and obviously this job involved an entire bee suit, but they weren’t phased at all. Just super friendly, efficient and professional. Honestly I feel like the five star rating is not enough. This guy deserves a medal.

They offered to come back for free if we were still seeing wasps after 10 days, but it’s been a couple of weeks and we haven’t seen any sign of them. Super, super pleased! 100% would hire these folks again.

  Very happy with the service provided, highly recommended! We had some squirrels getting into a gap behind the gutter of our house. Keith came out quickly, did a thorough inspection of the whole property, placed some steel wool in gaps and set traps.
