Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Keith addressed all of my concerns and instantly came up with a plan to take care of our horrible ant problem. He had an answer to every one of my questions about safety in regards to our elderly dogs and our exotic pets.  I was surprised that I saw results in less than 24 hours. Keith visited our building initially due to ants in our storage area and moths in our indoor plants. He took time to listen to what we were experiencing, asking questions and offering solutions. We are a LEED-certified building and committed to protecting wildlife, which is how I found Pest & Pollinator, and we are very satisfied with the results. Keith offered a simple explanation to where the moths might have come from, researched and made recommendations as to how to get rid of them which, when followed, worked quickly. I am very pleased with the service from Pest and Pollinator.  We needed help with a yellow jacket nest that was embedded into our roof trim, way out of reach for us.  We did not want to use typical toxic chemical solutions and found Pest and Pollinator online.  After speaking to Keith on the phone, he came out and took care of the nest using a natural product. Highly recommend!

We had an underground yellow jacket nest in our front yard all last summer, and tried everything to get rid of it on our own, with no success. When they came back in the same spot this year, decided it was time for some professional help. Every other company we called for a quote tried to sell us an annual contract to come back every month and “control” every bug imaginable. We needed the wasps gone because they were a safety issue, but didn’t want to indiscriminately nuke the whole ecosystem on our property. Pest & Pollinator got that and offered us a targeted, low-chemical option for an affordable price, with no upselling. They even had an opening the same day we called!

It was the hottest part of the day in the middle of a heatwave, and obviously this job involved an entire bee suit, but they weren’t phased at all. Just super friendly, efficient and professional. Honestly I feel like the five star rating is not enough. This guy deserves a medal.

Very happy with the service provided, highly recommended! We had some squirrels getting into a gap behind the gutter of our house. Keith came out quickly, did a thorough inspection of the whole property, placed some steel wool in gaps and set traps.
