Keith was so helpful in assessing a potential rodent issue in our basement. He did a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of the house and even though we didn't find evidence of rats, he was so helpful in walking me through the options for managing/preventing rats from getting inside. We were pleasantly surprised by how generous and fair he was with his pricing as well. We will definitely be going back to him in the future if we ever need pest control!

I don't like using chemicals, but after trying several home remedies I found on the internet, I decided I had enough, and needed to bring in a professional to get rid of the ants. After doing some on line research, I decided on Pest & Pollinator as the best environmental option. I wish I would have done it sooner; Keith was great and the ants are gone. Hurray! I try to support small businesses, and especially those that are one person doing all the work. I can't imagine a better solution.

Keith did a wonderful job educating us and addressing our ant issue. He answered our many questions, was clear in his approach, and left us confident of what to do moving forward. So far so good with the results! He even gave some extra advice on tree trimming and what to watch out for with other types of ants and rodents. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!
